  • Automated Backup Services
    Automated backup and data synchronization services ensure that important data can always be recovered. For additional data integrity, we offer backup up to multiple file repositories throughout our nine locations. Customers may also take advantage of Speakeasy's multiple points of presence by backing up critical data to other facilities to ensure geographic redundancy. Regardless of the schema, Speakeasy's backups are always secure and redundant.
  • NAS and SAN Solutions
    Typically used by database administrators, a Network Attached Storage (NAS) or Storage Area Network (SAN) solution puts you in control of live storage on a partition or shared drive.

    NAS devices connect directly to your server infrastructure. With SAN, computer storage devices such as disk array controllers, tape libraries, or CD arrays can be connected directly to your server infrastructure.

    This web-based certificate is an important part of the SSL system for secure connections.
  • DNS Management
    Simplify management of your domains for a small charge per domain.
  • Cisco Firewall & VPN Services
    Choose from any Cisco ASA 5500 series firewalls for your high throughput or security requirements. We recommend firewall services for all Windows hosting environments in order to control traffic and protect your infrastructure.

    Speakeasy recommends a standard configuration for firewalls to provide a customized solution to your individual requirements. Our experienced engineers can also manage multiple layered firewall environments to meet the varying levels of security your business requires.

    Share a firewall with other Speakeasy customers, or choose a dedicated firewall if you have high throughput or security requirements. We recommend firewall services for all Windows hosting environments in order to control traffic and protect your infrastructure.

    Speakeasy offers different types of hardware-based firewalls to provide a customized solution to your individual requirements. Our experienced engineers can also manage multiple layered firewall environments to meet the varying levels of security your business requires.
  • Load Balancing
    Increase capacity and prevent downtime. By dividing work between multiple servers, resources are optimized and computing time is decreased. Load balancing also ensures that server maintenance or failure will not interrupt service. The traffic can be balanced via a number of schemas, including number of open connections and round-robin server load.

    Geographical load balancing is also available for servers in multiple data centers, ensuring maximum uptime, even in case of an event that compromises an entire data center.
  • Advanced Monitoring Services (AMS)
    AMS ensures the availability, performance and efficient operation of your hosted infrastructure. Errors are identified proactively, which often allows them to be corrected before they develop into disruptions to critical business applications.

    Uptime, packet delivery, utilization, disk usage, memory utilization, FTP, and HTTP are constantly monitored. If an error is detected, the system pages a Speakeasy engineer. Customers can also receive notification via page, phone, or email.
  • Remote Hands
    When a hands-on approach is the only way to resolve a problem or accomplish a task, let Speakeasy's experienced engineers be your remote hands. From Systems and Network Administration to simply rebooting a machine, we can handle any need for a physical intervention that may arise.

    Remote Hands service assists customer staff in managing infrastructure and allows Speakeasy staff to perform customer-scheduled maintenance events. Customers often pre-pay for a set number of hours of Remote Hands service each month. The service is also available on demand at a different hourly rate.
  • Plesk Control Panel
    Control your servers from a web-based interface. This service allows you to enjoy the security advantages of Linux or Unix based servers, even if you're not experienced with those platforms. Plesk is also available for Windows users.
